A FEW GOOD QUESTIONS
Before you
make the switch.
Is this for hair salons only?
You can use it for hair, beauty, nail and barber appointments. This first version books one service with one team member per appointment. Processing gaps, multi-service visits and shared room/equipment scheduling are not included yet.
Can I keep taking bookings by phone?
Yes. Add an appointment from your workspace using an existing client or new contact details. Availability checks are the same for desk and online bookings.
Will it take deposits from clients?
This version does not charge clients online. Keep using your card terminal, cash or bank arrangements and record the payment or refund against the appointment. Your salon remains responsible for cancellations and refunds.
Are reminders sent by text?
Reminders are by email. SMS is not included in this version. Clients also receive a private page they can save and use to view or cancel their appointment.
Do I need to give every stylist a login?
No. Bookable staff and workspace logins are separate. The owner manages settings; reception logins can manage appointments, clients and payment records.
What happens after the free trial?
Choose Solo or Studio to keep adding and changing appointments. If you do not subscribe, the workspace becomes read-only and online bookings pause. You can still view and export your records.
Can I use it outside the UK?
You can choose your salon’s timezone and GBP, USD, EUR, CAD or AUD for appointment prices before your first booking. Software subscriptions are billed in GBP.
